Strange medicine for stomach ache
Often Lord Krishna's queens used to frown at the name of Braj gopikas. To break their ego, the Lord once created a play. The ever healthy Lord pretended to be sick.
Naradji came. He understood the Lord's feelings. He told that there is a medicine for this disease, but along with it, the dust of the feet of a loving devotee is needed.
Rukmini, Satyabhama - everyone was asked. But who would give the dust of the feet to the Lord? The Lord said - 'Go to Braj once and see.' Naradji went to Braj.
Story (Narada's difficult questions)
On hearing that 'Naradji has come from Shyamsundar', all the gopis along with Sri Radha rushed there with empty stomachs. On asking about their well being, Naradji told them about Shri Krishna's illness. The gopis were scared to death. They immediately asked - 'Is there no doctor there?'
There are doctors and medicines, but the anupaan (a substance to be taken with or before or after the medicine) is not available.'
'What is that anupaan?' the gopis asked.
'Anupaan is very rare, who will give it? Everyone has it, but no one wants to give it. I have roamed around the whole world, but all in vain.'
The gopis asked again-'Everyone has it! Do we also have it?'
Naradji said-'Why not, but you too will not be able to give it.'
On this the gopis said- We cannot have anything that we cannot give to our beloved Shri Krishna.'
Naradji said- 'Okay, so can you give Shri Krishna the dust of your feet? This is the anupaan, with which if given as medicine, his illness will be cured.'
The gopis said- What is so difficult about this, Muni Maharaj? Here, we have stretched our legs, take as much dust of our feet as you want.'
Krishna made physical relations with the gopis. didn't he know he was god
Naradji said- 'Oh, what are you doing?' Naradji got scared. 'Don't you know that Shri Krishna is God? Why does he need the dust of our feet to eat? Are you not afraid of hell?'
The gopis said- 'Naradji! Our happiness, wealth, enjoyment, salvation - everything is our beloved Shri Krishna. Even if we can make Shri Krishna healthy by going to infinite hells - if we can give him even a little happiness, then we will worship such a hell of our choice daily. He has killed our Aghasur (Agh+Asura), Narakasur (Narak+Asura) long ago.'
Narad ji became agitated. He tied a bundle of the most holy feet dust of Shri Radha Rani and her gopis in the form of body formation and anointed himself with it. He came to Dwarka dancing with the feet dust.
Bhagwan took the medicine. The queens felt ashamed on hearing all this. Their arrogance of love vanished. They understood that they were nothing in front of those gopis. They saluted them in their minds with pure and reverence.
